As an experienced Implementation Consultant, you are primarily responsible for implementing our Assai software for our global customers. You will also be working closely with our other colleagues to prepare Assai for the challenges that come with our continued growth.
What will you be doing? Implementing our Assai software (partly on-site): project management, business analysis, configuration, data migration (via front-end), and training to different user groups.
Translating customer requirements into new or improved functionality (working with our designers).
Creating and maintaining documentation and training materials.
What will you bring Assai? The ideal candidate will have proven experience of 5-7 years in a consultancy role. We are looking for a curious and creative Implementation Consultant with a hands-on mentality who will work closely with other colleagues to help articulate, support, maintain, and elevate Assai. Fluent knowledge of the English language (both written and verbal) is essential.
