What you will be doing
As a Digital Commerce Implementation Consultant, your primary focus would be to ensure successful implementation of digital commerce solutions that align with our client’s business objectives, enhance shopper experience, and drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and objectives.
Translate client needs to practical solutions.
Bridge between business and IT from pre-sales all the way through go-live and further.
Evaluate the client’s existing systems and infrastructure and identify integration points for seamless data flow.
Train client teams on using the digital commerce platform effectively. Develop training materials, conduct workshops, and provide ongoing support to address any questions or issues raised by users’ post-implementation.
Monitor the performance of the digital commerce platform and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and page load times.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
This is you
Have more than 3 years of relevant work experience. Digital agency experience is a plus.
Have the right mix of business-savvy and tech-savvy.
Have experience in a consultant or developer role within digital business or as a product owner in digital commerce.
Strong understanding of business processes in a B2B, B2C environment.
Experience with digital commerce platforms, data integration or product management.
Sound knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with data platforms, ERP, PIM, CRM.
You are a strong communicator.
Native or Fluent proficiency in Dutch is a must (as you will be working for Dutch brands). Business level English is good to have.
