What the role is about

Our Sales team is looking for a new Account Manager. As our Account Manager, you will contribute to the growth of CLUSE in the business to business (b2b) channel in different international markets. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our accounts and agents in various markets. It is your goal to make sure that our sales targets are met. In order to achieve your targets, you are in close contact with your current accounts, analyse sales data and optimize our in-store presence. In addition, you will focus on extending our network of watch and jewellery retailers and to further roll out our new category of bags into retail. There is the possibility to grow and manage more markets in the future.

In this role you will be part of our Sales team. This team can be best described as being very open, international and always in for a laugh. Are you sales-driven, analytical, proactive and a good communicator? Join us @ CLUSE!

Requirements

Optimize the brand’s point of Sales (POS) coverage in your market by continuously improving the performance of existing POS and opening new POS;

Achieve sales targets for your accounts and markets;

Management of (key) accounts, distributors and agents by developing and maintaining strong relationships and providing them with the latest brand and product information, launches, trainings and presentations;

Management of accounts by making forecasts and tracking metrics;

Negotiate contracts to maximize profits and communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives;

Compiling reports on account progress, goals and forecasts for the team and stakeholders;

Active role in the roll out of the new category bags to B2B accounts in your markets;

Advise (key) accounts/distributors on strong and winning assortment in store and merchandising;

Proactively explore different markets, analyse growth opportunities and improve sales results;

Organize and participate at fairs and events for the brand in different countries.

Who are we looking for?

You are graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, sales or any related field;

You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role;

You are a sales person by nature, and you like to reach out and connect with retailers with the goal of long term successful partnerships;

You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French;

You have the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects;

You are analytical, target driven, proactive, a good communicator and have a hands-on mentality;

You are passionate about the fashion industry.
