As our Head of E-commerce EMEA, You will lead ASICS E-commerce growth in EMEA, developing and leveraging user experience improvements, website analytics and front-end operations (content management, trading, merchandising, Conversion Rate Optimisation) to increase E-commerce revenue and consumer experience on our websites.

How you’ll help us.
Based out of ourEMEA Headquarters, just outside ofAmsterdam, Netherlandsand reporting to the Director, DTC EMEA, as part of the role, you’ll:
·Implement ASICS EMEA’s strategic vision for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) E-commerce channels and provide ongoing recommendations for the continuous evolution of the strategic approach in line with business and consumer demands.
· Lead and manage a high-performing e-commerce website team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
· Be accountable for weekly sales, distribution, and trade reviews.
· Lead the creation and management of the ASICS digital development roadmap in partnership with the Digital Project Manager to ensure that relevant website enhancements are delivered to improve consumer experience and conversion.
· Manage ASICS EMEA's key E-commerce third-party vendor relationships, ensuring ASICS derives value from each contract in line with its business goals.
More about you.
· Qualification in Business, International Management, e-Commerce-IT, and Sales. · A passion for Direct-to-Consumer sales and relationship management.
· Experience working in E-commerce business development and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
· Strong industry knowledge across (sports) footwear, apparel, and accessories.
· Experience working within a matrixed, multinational organisation.
