Employment agency Manpower is looking for export coordinator for a client in Lelystad.
As an export coordinator you will perform the following working activities:
- Reviewing and processing new orders
- Monitoring the delivery timelines for existing orders
- Generating order confirmations, packing lists, invoices, and other export documentation
- Overseeing warehouse operations for order packing
- Creating customs and transport documents; Communicating with customers regarding ongoing orders and post-sales matters
- Coordinating with carriers for current shipments and arranging transportation
