You and your job
As a Business Analyst within the Chain Implementation squad of the tribe Credit Analytics, you have the opportunity to shape the future of banking. Your mission: to transform regulatory-driven requirements into IT solutions that power complex calculations throughout the entire credit process chain. These solutions will not only fuel our loan sales process but also play a pivotal role in capital reporting across Rabobank's vast credit portfolio.

Practical Examples
Translate business and IT requirements into functional and technical designs, aligned with the architects, product owners, stakeholdersandtheresponsiblesquads within and outside our tribe.
Design and implement the data related business requirements process together with the squads, using tools like Collibra and PowerDesigner.

Educational Background: A university-level degree (bachelor or master) in a relevant field, ideally in IT-Finance.
Business Analysis Expertise: Proven ability to act as a Business Analyst in a complex, data-driven, and model-based environment, translating regulatory requirements into IT solutions.
Data Proficiency: Experience with credit risk data tools like Collibra, PowerDesigner, SQL, and a solid understanding of IT security and monitoring principles.
Testing and Implementation : Proficiency in creating, guiding, and supporting comprehensive test and implementation strategies.
Strategic Oversight: Possess a strategic "helicopter view" to oversee a broad domain and comprehend the implications of design decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, control partners, and other stakeholders, adjusting communication to the audience's level.
Influence and Persuasion: Ability to influence and persuade others with an open mindset to foster cooperation and alignment.
Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both English (written and oral) and preferably Dutch as well.
This is what we offer you
a gross monthly salary between €3.959 and €5.655,- (scale 9, 36 hours per week).
13th month and holiday pay: as of January 1, 2023, the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid out in 12 equal monthly instalments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.

an annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400,-
100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then choose a commuting allowance.
a monthly € 40,- net work from home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
a monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
Attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
