About the job:
As our ERP Optimization Specialist, you’ll play a big role in managing and optimizing the usage of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software across our organization and on an international scale. Your mission is to ensure the ERP system functions seamlessly and aligns perfectly with our business processes, acting as a crucial bridge between our user community and IT department.
You will provide day-to-day support to users, steering them through any challenges and ensuring they can make the most out of the system. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a roadmap for continuous improvements, ensuring our ERP system evolves to meet our changing business needs.
Your Profile:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in ERP application management. Prior experience with Infor is a significant plus.
Technical Skills: Knowledge in SQL is beneficial.
Business Savvy: Strong track record in dealing with business stakeholders and comprehensive knowledge of business processes.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Exceptional skills in these areas are crucial.
Agility: Experience in requirements analysis, functional & technical design, testing, development, and working in an agile environment.
Vendor Management: Proven ability to work with and manage vendors effectively.
Languages: Fluency in English is essential, Dutch is a nice-to-have.
Location: You must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and able to work from our Sliedrecht office daily.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: Monthly remuneration ranging from €4500 – €6000, based on expertise.
Holiday Allowance: 8% paid annually.
Leave Days: 27 annual leave days, plus an additional 13 days.
Benefits Package: Including travel expenses, telephone, laptop, and further education opportunities.
Work Location: Sliedrecht, Netherlands (office-based role).
