Overview:
As we embark on scaling our Revenue team, we seek a dynamic individual to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that seamlessly integrate with our Sales and Account Management processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, this role requires a visionary leader to maintain a good balance of strategy development and execution of Demand Marketing and Product Marketing initiatives.
As a Marketing Manager you will:
Execute GTM strategies that are scalable and segmented to Midmarket and Enterprise audiences.
Manage the Marketing Team, consisting of a Content Marketer and Performance Marketer, ensuring alignment with the company's overarching strategy.
Demonstrate T-Shaped knowledge of Demand Marketing with a specialty of Product Marketing, combining the two to maintain a steady flow of high-quality MQLs into the Sales Pipeline.
Embrace a holistic approach to marketing, creating campaigns that support the organization and are adaptable across channels.
Edit long-form content strategically to drive intent, work together with the Content Marketer to plan content across the customer journey.
Take charge of Product Marketing and Messaging, ensuring consistent, value-driven communication across all channels.
Stay updated on competitors' messaging to maintain our strong differentiation.
Manage website maintenance, coordinating with the team for necessary content and optimizations.
Strike a balance between defining strategy, managing a small team, and executing on your vision.
What about you?
Live in or around Amsterdam
Have 3-5 years experience in a marketing role
Have at least 2 years of experience in a manager role
Have Enterprise SaaS experience (agency or in-house)
Excellent English writing and communication skills (native/bilingual level)
Experience with Hubspot is a plus
Experience with small event marketing is a plus
